Nate turned me on to sardines in hot sauce and in mustard sauce at our winter campout last year. Damn, are these yummy! Though I just noticed the amount of cholesterol - 60 mg per serving for the hot sauce and 40 mg for the mustard sauce. Youch! My cholesterol is already too high, so this kinda sucks. Maybe the benefits of fish will cancel that out for me.
And, yes, I just ate a can of these (in hot sauce) which I why I decided to write about sardines.
